Brethren, if you miss Wild Shirt Night in September, you missed a really good night! We closed lodge by 8:30 which is a new record for us! Please mark your calendars with the events below, we have some important dates coming up!
For the first stated meeting in October which is on Monday, October 2, 2017, we will conferee the FC degree with dinner beforehand at the Cover Bridge Inn at 6:00 PM.
For our second stated meeting in October the York Rite will post the colors on Monday, October 18, 2017 and stay for a short presentation about the mysteries of the Royal Arch. As your Worshipful Master, I would want to see you at this interesting event and come out and support your lodge!
We are having a Steak Fry and Benefit Fundraiser for Brother John Barhoover’s fiancée Michelle Rizzo on Saturday, October 28, 2017 from 3 PM to 6 PM at the Newton Falls VFW – 433 Arlington Blvd; Newton Falls, Ohio 44444. Our Annual Stated Meeting is November 6, 2017 this is a very important night! This is the Election of Officers, please come out and support your Officers for 2018! Please don’t forget to pay your dues, and renew your membership with your Lodge.
For our second stated meeting in December Right Worshipful Brother Ron Gordon will have a presentation about the Fellow Craft team in the Master Mason Degree, which is on Monday, December 18, 2017 with dinner beforehand at the Cover Bridge Inn at 6:00 PM – ALL Fellow the Craft Team members, this is our first chance to practice for the Master Mason degree which is our Inspection is in. RWB will also bring the DVD with all the movements which is approved by Grand Lodge. As the current Worshipful Master, I realize how important it is to practice and prepare for our inspection; I do not want a repeat of last year! Let’s get ready for next year’s inspection which involves more details and brethren.
